Mr. Randy Wild serves as the Principal of Capital City
School, bringing over 15 years of experience in special education, leadership,
and school administration. With a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive
and supportive educational environment, Mr. Wild is dedicated to helping
students thrive.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Washburn University,
a Master’s degree in Special Education from Pittsburg State University, and a
Leadership Degree from Fort Hays State University.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wild has shown a deep
dedication to student success. He spent 10 years in special education at USD
321, followed by a year as the Transition/CTE Coordinator, where he focused on
preparing students for academic and career achievements. His leadership
experience includes four years as the Jr/Sr High School Principal at USD 330,
where he worked to create a positive and collaborative school culture. Most
recently, he served as the Associate Principal at Topeka West High School in Topeka
Public Schools, where he demonstrated his innovative leadership and passion for
education.
Mr. Wild’s extensive experience and enthusiasm for
student-centered education make him a dynamic leader at Capital City School. He
is committed to partnering with staff, students, and the community to create an
environment where every student can achieve their full potential.

Nicole Fraise, Building Administrative Intern

Nicole Fraise brings a decade of experience in education to her
role as Building Administrative Intern. She has a proven track record in
various educational settings, having taught college courses and high school
Spanish, as well as serving as a Dean of Students. Her passion for education is
further demonstrated by her work as a curriculum consultant for the past five
years.
Ms. Fraise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Spelman College, a Master
of Science in Education from Iowa State University, and a Master of Arts in
Spanish from the University of Georgia. To enhance her leadership skills,
Nicole completed her Masters in Educational Leadership through the Topeka
Leadership Academy Cohort 6. This fall, she will cap off her academic journey
by earning her EdD from the George Washington University.
Ms. Fraise commitment to her students extends beyond the classroom. She has a
love for travel and has shared her adventures abroad with her students, taking
them on unforgettable experiences in Costa Rica and Panama. Her ability to
combine academic excellence with personal growth opportunities makes her a
dedicated and inspiring educator.
